Berry Banana Smoothie

1 Cup Water
1 Cup Mixed Berries
1 Frozen Banana
1 TBSP Hemp Hearts
1 TSP Maca Powder
Dash of Vanilla

* If you use frozen berries this recipe may require additional water as it will be very thick.

  • Combine all ingredients in blender, start on low setting and gradually increase speed until smooth consistency.

Chai Spice Smoothie

1 Cup Water
1 Frozen Banana
1 TBSP Chai Spice
1 TBSP Cacao Powder
1 TBSP Hemp Seeds

  • Combine all ingredients in blender, start on low setting and gradually increase speed until smooth consistency.

Cherry Chocolate Chip Smoothie

1 Cup Water
2 Cup Cherries
4 TBSP Hemp Seeds
1 Date
2 TBSP Cacao Nibs

  • Combine all ingredients in blender, start on low setting and gradually increase speed until smooth consistency.

Green Apple Smoothie

1 Cup Water
1 Pink Lady Apple
Handful of spinach
Ginger
Lemon
Cucumber
1 TBSP Hemp Seeds

*1 TSP Spirulina optional

  • Combine all ingredients in blender with handful of ice, start on low setting and gradually increase speed until smooth consistency.

Green Peanut

1 Banana
1 TBSP Peanut Butter
1 TBSP Coconut Milk
1 Small handful Spinach

  • Combine all ingredients in blender with handful of ice, start on low setting and gradually increase speed until smooth consistency. *Oats optional, works well in this.

Orange Boost Smoothie

1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
1 Frozen Banana
1 Orange
1/2 Mango
Dash of Vanilla

  • Remove flesh from mango and orange.
  • Combine all ingredients in blender, start on low setting and gradually increase speed until smooth consistency.

Mint Chocolate Smoothie

1 Cup Water
1 Frozen Banana
1 TBSP Hemp Seeds
1 TSP Spirulina
1 TBSP Cacao Nibs
Dash of Mint Oil

  • Combine all ingredients in blender, start on low setting and gradually increase speed until smooth consistency.

Rose Fruit Smoothie

1 Cup Water
1 Nectarine
1 Plum
1 Peach
1 Cup Frozen Strawberries

  • Combine all ingredients in blender, start on low setting and gradually increase speed until smooth consistency.

Snickers Smoothie

1 Banana
1 TBSP Peanut Butter
1 TBSP Cacao
1 Date
1/3 Cup Oats
Dash of vanilla

  • Blitz in a blender/nutribullet until smooth.

Tropical Punch Smoothie

1 Cup Water
1 Mango
1 Frozen Banana
1 Cup Strawberries
1 TBSP Hemp Seeds

  • Remove mango flesh from skin by slicing length ways both sides of the seed, then scoring, opening and slicing off delicious mango goodness.
  • Combine all ingredients in blender, start on low setting and gradually increase speed until smooth consistency.

Watermelon Fizz Smoothie

1/2 Cup Water
1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
1/2 Cup Apple Juice
1/2 Lime (Juice)
1 Cup Sliced Watermelon
